Hats Off

Andra's got a blankie she's become very attached to. It's a soft pink blanket hand-made by her Great Aunt Carolyn. I expected her to become attached to something snuggly like that...but a HAT?!?

Yes, Andra's new favorite accessory is her Little MVP Cubs hat. Her Grandpa V. grew up in Chicago and is a huge Cubs fan...so that's why she's got the hat. And she'll hardly let go of it now. It's been on her head almost constantly for the last 48 hours. If she spots it when it's NOT on her head, she gets agitated until you put it on her. And if you look in the mirror when she has it on, she smiles ear to ear. Her Grandpa V. wears his Cubs hat with equal devotion, and I think that might be why she's taken such a liking to it. I just find it funny, so I had to share. :)
